Are you a passionate and skilled therapist with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and registration in good standing with the OCSWSSW? We're looking for warm, committed clinicians to join our growing practice!
At The Couples Clinic®, we specialize in delivering skills-based couples therapy through our signature psychoeducational program, Couples 101. Our goal is to help couples build emotional safety, resolve conflict, deepen intimacy, and create lasting change, and we’d love for you to be part of that mission.
What We Offer:
- Mentorship & Training: You'll be trained in our Couples 101 facilitator training.
- Skills-Based Approach: You’ll deliver structured, evidence-informed couples’ education in a therapist-assisted model. We believe in education over mediation.

What We’re Looking For:
- MSW and Registered Social Workers (RSW) in good standing with OCSWSSW.
- Comfortable working with couples, or have experience working front line with mandated clients, or working with conflict.
- Engaged, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Available for consistent client hours (minimum of 6/week preferred)
